Vietnamese "Sizzling" Pancake

Vietnamese savoury fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder. It is wrapped with pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts inside. We cut a piece of pancake and wrap it with a piece of lettuce and drip in in our sweet and chilli fish sauce.

Water Spinach Noodle Soup (Canh Bun)

Vietnamese water spinach noodle soup has pork bone and tomato soup based, crab meat, tofu, etc. It is similar to Bun Rieu (crabmeat noodle soup) except it is served with big noodle and water spinach. This is one of the most popular dish at our restaurant.

Combination Steamed Rice Rolls

Banh Cuon is made from a thin, wide sheet of steamed fermented rice batter filled with a mixture of cooked seasoned ground pork and shrimp (shrimp roll), minced wood ear mushroom, and minced onion. Our combination banh cuon has pork roll, shrimp roll, and a blank sheet of steamed rice served with pork sausage (cha lua), and crispy shrimp cake (banh cong).

7 pieces of Vietnamese pork and shrimp dumplings. The pork-and-shrimp-filled dumpling is wrapped in a small piece of banana leaf, steamed in large batches and served with a side of sweet chili dipping sauce.
